Track your Progress

Professional Training, For Future Professional Athletes.

Professional athletes personal train for a reason. Everyone is unique. For our Speed and Power Liftcamp we strive to create the most individualized environment as possible. Every athlete will be put into small semi-private groups with similar athletes to ensure they are receiving the program and progress they need.

Additionally, throughout the camp, athletes and parents will be able to track their progress through our Liftcamp app. They can see individual workouts compared against each other, and each athlete’s personal performance card which will show their beginning, mid point, and ending assessment numbers.
