Liftcamp is a semi-private group training program that focuses on providing the accessibility and fun of group training in a setting that compromises as little as possible from pure one to one strength training. By limiting these class sizes to just four people, the attention and detail of private training is still retained.

In typical group training results can be ambiguous, or subjective. At Liftcamp objective data is the main driver for progress. Using our Liftcamp app, you will have access to your Camp, loaded with instructional videos so you can keep up on missed classes and track your stats.
From camp to camp you will be able to visualize all of your achievements and see just how far you have come.
